Detail of Standard Services and Inclusions
Hull Construction :
- Vinylester resins with multi e-glass Biaxial and woven wovings glass reinforcement outer and inner skins, cored closed Divinycell core composite sandwich. Hull thickness 34.4mm.
Deck Construction :
- Outer skin: Gelcoat tie layered with polyester resin and multi CSM and Biaxial e-glass reinforcement. Hand laid.
- Core: Glass sandwiched closed Divinycell foam core and structural ply solid reinforcement under all fittings
- Inner skin: polyester/vinylester resin with multi Biaxial e-glass reinforcement. Hand laid.
Hull and Deck Finish
- Awl Grip 2000 Epoxy paint system, Oyster White.
Keel
- 7.0 tonne lead bulb, cast iron fin thru bolted into keel box of hull, epoxied and faired.
Rudder
- GRP encased around a stainless steel frame welded to 3 & 1/2 " solid S/S rudder shaft and stock.
