Vacum infused Vinylester resins Gel Coat tie layered with e-glass Biaxial and BEA (Kevlar) woven wovings glass reinforcement outer and inner skins, Solid below waterline, cored end grain balsa composite above waterline. Hull thickness 34.4mm.

Awl Grip 2000 Epoxy paint system, Colour to owners choice
Superstructure Finish
Gel Coat Finish, Oyster White.
Keel
5.8 tonne lead bulb, cast iron fin thru bolted into keel box of hull, epoxied and faired.
Rudder
GRP encased around a stainless steel frame welded to 3 & 1/2 " solid S/S rudder shaft and stock.
Propellor and shaft
Folding propeller on 38mm stainless shaft with bronze skeg.
Internal Joinery Timber
American Oak joinery and laid floors, Wenge skirtings, architraves and trims.
Deck Construction
Outer skin: Gelcoat tie layered with polyester/vinylester resin with CSM and Biaxial e-glass reinforcement. Hand laid.
Core: Glass sandwiched closed cell foam core and structural ply solid reinforcement under all fittings
Inner skin: polyester/vinylester resin with Biaxial e-glass reinforcement. Hand laid. Deck Equipment :
- Custom Stainless Steel stemhead with double bow roller, one fitted with a 80lb plough anchor and 50 metres of 13mm chain.
